I am so excited to be popping in here here today on a new day! Yes, it’s Friday and not a typical day I’m here but today marks the start of a new Friday series that I really hope you’ll love. I’m calling it Five Friday Favorites and it’s all about sharing inspiration or things that I’m loving or inspired by. I’m hoping it becomes a fun way to kick off the weekend from here on out. I may not have a “triple F” every Friday but we will see how things go and if you like it.

Neutral Plaid Table Runner
Now that August is here, I’m starting to look ahead to fall and fall decor. I am loving this neutral table runner as a simple base for my fall tablescape.
Bare Republic Mineral Sunscreen for the Face
I tried this natural, mineral sunscreen out while on vacation and it’s the first sunscreen for the face that hasn’t felt too heavy and greasy and even after wearing it all day, no break outs and no sunburn!
Lou & Grey Linen Shorts
I’m not one for shorts usually but the coral color and belt drew me in. I’m so glad I tried them because the linen fabric is perfect for summer. They lay nicely and look great on.
Hobby Lobby Metal Lantern
I’ve been feeling the urge to get back to decorating the house and found this adorable metal lantern at Hobby Lobby. I can’t wait to see all the ways I can style this!
Mrs. Meyers Lotion
I keep a bottle of this on my desk in the shop and use it all the time to keep my hands from feeling too dry. The lotion adds just enough moisture to my hands that they feel great without leaving a greasy film. Oh and I haven’t tried a “flavor” that I didn’t like yet!
